Personally, Id say never, but Im not a fan of chemically created side effects. Smoke a bowl, and watch your anxiety go bye bye. Im ADHD, Agoraphobic, Claustrophobic, Bi-Polar, and I used to suffer from Suicidal thoughts, massive depression and chronic anxiety attacks. Smoking herb, mostly indicas, Ive been able to mellow out and lead a normal life without the side effects that come from dumping poisons into my body.
I took both and had no problems! i dont think theres an interaction so you should be able to start it whenever you want!
Ask your doctor. Switching between these two is fraught with possible problems.
